Ally "Wheezy" Salamon
 | Ally "Wheezy" Salamon is currently the junior varsity coach at Longmeadow High School. Coach Wheezy previously worked with the Belchertown High School freshman girl’s volleyball team during the 2008 season where she was instrumental in teaching the basics of the game as well as position specific skill building. During the winter of 2009 Wheezy coached for the Western Mass Junior Olympic Volleyball Club at the 15 and under level.
As a player, Coach Wheezy played four years of high school volleyball; three years as a varsity defensive specialist and outside hitter. In the winter, Ally played for the Western Mass. Junior Olympic Volleyball Club. As a freshman, she played in the 16's Open Level and assisted her team

to a 2nd place finish in New England. As a sophomore, she began playing on the 18’s Open team as a defensive specialist, concluding her Junior Olympic career with another 2nd place finish in New England for the 2008 season.
Wheezy played Libero in the Bay State Summer Games for the West team during the summer of 2006 and 2007 helping the team to back-to-back Gold Medals in the Scholastic division. Wheezy's 2007 team was also honored with the Sportsmanship Award.
Coach Wheezy graduated from Belchertown High School in 2008. She is currently attending Bay Path College and studying Occupational Therapy.
