CLUB TEAM PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS

GIRLS NATIONAL - 2,150
National teams are the most competitive team option and made up of the elite and more experienced players in the area. These teams will practice at least twice weekly and will play against the highest level of competition. Tournaments may be 3+ hours away from the Springfield area.

GIRLS OPEN - 1,450
Open teams are geared toward the more serious player.  Open teams will practice two times per week and will play against a higher level of competition and in more tournaments (generally 2 hours or less from the Springfield area) than the Girls Select & Regional levels.

GIRLS SELECT -
950
Select teams practice once per week though they attend many of the same tournaments as our Girls Open teams (generally 2 hours or less from the Springfield area).  The skill level is generally more advanced than our Girls Regional level and can be a good fit for players that have other schedule commitments or may not be fully ready for the Girls Open level.  **Spring skill workshops may be available after March 30, 2025.

GIRLS REGIONAL - 600
Regional teams are a good fit for players of any skill level.  Teams are created based on player experience, desire to be placed with friends, geographic location, etc.  Girls Regional teams will practice one time per week and participate in five one-day Spring tournaments that are generally within an hour or less of the Springfield area.

Payment details:
Team placement offers will be made electronically through LeagueApps at the conclusion of tryouts.  To accept your offer to join one of our teams, we require either the full tuition payment or a deposit equal to two monthly installment payments (outlined below). Your spot on a team will not be secured until one of those payments have been made.

How to Pay:
 1. The entire tuition can be made online through LeagueApps, by check to PV Juniors, by Venmo (@pvjuniors) or PayPal ([email protected]).

2. Payment Plan:  A monthly installment plan is available for those who do not pay the tuition in full. This will entail monthly payments due on the first day of each month during the season.
Families who fail to make their scheduled payments will be at risk of stoppage of service from Pioneer Valley and the player will not be permitted to attend practices, tournaments and any other team events.

REFUND POLICY:

Please note our teams have a considerable and inflexible budget once the teams are selected and spots are accepted. We try to keep costs as low as possible and provide the best value and we've designed our refund policy to be fair to both the family and the club.
  • Withdraw after accepting a team spot due to a medical reason verified by a doctors note, 50% reduction in full season team fee if prior to 2/1, 25% reduction in full season team fee if prior to 3/1. No refunds on 3/1 or later.
  • Withdraw for non-medical reason, no refunds. Full season balance still due.
